At Critter Club, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to shop confidently. If something isn’t right, returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order, as long as items are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags and packaging. We’re happy to offer free exchanges for size or color, and if your requested item isn’t available, we’ll provide store credit or a refund to your original payment method (shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defect). Please note that final sale items, clearance products, custom or personalized designs, and stickers are not eligible for return. International customers are responsible for return shipping, and exchanges may be limited outside the U.S.

To start a return, simply email us at critterclubs@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return, and we’ll send you instructions and, if applicable, a prepaid label - once your item is received and inspected, we’ll process your exchange, store credit, or refund quickly and fairly.
